Ingredients
  1. 10oz Frozen Spinach
  2. 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  3. 1/4 tsp Pepper
  4. 1/4 tsp onion powder
  5. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  6. 3 oz regular organic creamed cheese, cut into 6 pieces
  7. 2-3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  8. 1 tbsp Oil or Tallow
Instructions
  1. Microwave frozen spinach for 1 minute less than the recommended time.
  2. Heat a skillet or pan on high and melt oil or tallow
  3. Drain excess liquid from spinach and transfer spinach to a heated and oiled skillet or pan.
  4. Stir spinach to prevent it from burning and begin to lower heat to medium
  5. Add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
  6. Add cream cheese and stir frequently order to combine it with spinach
  7. Turn off heat
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until completely combined
  9. Transfer creamed spinach into serving dish
  10. Enjoy
